Judith is a Clinical Psychologist with a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Queensland. First registered as a psychologist in 1991 Judith has over thirty years of experience in both public and private practice. She combines her extensive experience and dedication to life-long professional learning to create a warm and empathic atmosphere to best support healing and change in her clients. Judith uses an evidence-based approach, and is comfortable with, and experienced in treating patients across the lifespan, from children to those in their senior years. She has a strong foundation in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Judith has a special interest in the areas of severe mental illness; mood disorders; trauma; chronic health conditions and adjustment to chronic illness, with an emphasis on mind-body integration.
Treatment Approaches:
Dr Judith offers telehealth and face-to-face appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
