Dr Judith Sheridan (M. Clin Psych, D. Psychology, FCCP, MAPS) is an endorsed clinical psychologist. Judith is also an accredited Triple P provider, proficient in all levels of the program. Registered as a psychologist in 1991, Judith has nearly thirty years of experience in both public and private practice.

Judith is an evidence-based practitioner with a strong foundation in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Judith believes in constant learning, and continuously pursues professional development. Further, Judith has had varied roles in relevant research areas, which have maintained her clinical and professional development.

Judith’s specific clinical interests are in the areas of mood disorders, PTSD, complex PTSD, chronic health conditions, and adjustment to chronic illness, emphasizing mind-body integration.

In addition to seeing clients privately and via the Medicare Better Access initiative, Judith is also registered to see WorkCover, DVA, and EAP clients.

Dr Judith Sheridan offers telehealth and face-to-face appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9am to 5pm.
