We also record information about what is discussed and what occurs in the course of your sessions with your practitioner at Sheridan Psychologists. This collection of personal information is a necessary part of the psychological services being delivered and is kept securely.
In the interests of your confidentiality and security this information is used only by your psychologist and any authorized personnel as necessary.
We take the confidentiality and security of your information seriously and will only share your information if you give your consent, or if we reasonably believe that you or another person are at imminent risk, or to meet mandatory reporting requirements, or if we are required by law to disclose information.
