It is unlikely that we will be able to provide you with a letter or report (other than a letter of attendance) on your first visit. This is because we have no prior knowledge of you and cannot attest to your mental health or state in the past or retrospectively. Psychological assessments typically take more than one session. If you are seeking a medical certificate for more immediate needs, you need to see a GP. If you are seeking a letter for university purposes speak to your university services first. If you need a translator, we can organise one for you or you can contact Translating and Interpreting Services on 131 450.
