Welcome clinical psychologist Dr Brendon Ward and general psychologist, Sarah White to the team.

Brendon is accredited by the Australian and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED) and the National Eating Disorder Collaboration (NEC); supporting those with eating difficulties is one area of interest. approaches therapy. He is able to provide support for a broad range of needs, but predominantly works with those over the age of 16 and has a special interest in the treatment of complex/developmental trauma.

Brendon works collaboratively, supporting his clients on the journey to learn more about themselves, and to try new ways of being and relating so they can thrive. Brendon has completed a Doctorate in Psychology with a focus on evidence-based practice across the lifespan for mental health difficulties (generalised anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder etc.). We are excited to welcome Sarah to our team. Sarah has a warm and genuine approach to therapy and has a background in maternal health, and a passion for helping women though all stages of life.

Sarah has experience working with a wide range of needs, and sees clients who are seeking support for anxiety, depression, self-esteem, parenting, suicidality and self-harm, the pre and post-natal period, fertility, surrogacy, women’s health and wellbeing, grief and loss, trauma, personality disorders, anger management, disability, motor vehicle and traumatic injuries, gender identity, chronic illness and pain, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

Prior to becoming a psychologist, Sarah worked in Primary Health Care and Maternal Health delivering babies and has a passion for supporting women of all ages with their health and wellbeing. Sarah offers counselling through pregnancy, infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, medical and birth trauma, menopause and perimenopause, hormonal disturbance and Gender Dysphoria Disorder.
